In order to avoid any misunderstandings, Rotor Journal
would like to provide the following important clarifications to the
article concerning the U.S. Navy contract for marine logistical missions (VERTREP)
using SA 330J Pumas that appeared in the May 2001 issue.
Roberts Aircraft Inc. of Fort Collins, Colorado, a
world-wide helicopter leasing company, is the buyer of five refurbished SA

to Geo-Seis Helicopters Inc, of Fort Collins, Colorado, an approved U.S.

nineteen years of domestic and international helicopter experience.
Geo-Seis Helicopters, Inc. is a privately held company with no
subsidiaries and solely owned by William T. Browder.
Geo-Seis Helicopters, Inc. was the accepted bidder of
the U.S. Department Of The Navy, Military Sealift Command contract to
provide VERTREP and Passenger service to include IFR"' helicopter
operations in the Mediterranean Sea in part by offering SA 330J Puma
helicopters. Military Sealift Command contract operations at sea began in
January 2000 and require two SA 330J Puma helicopters on a fulltime basis
and a back-up SA330J Puma helicopter for an initial period of three years
