Geo-Seis Helicopters, Inc. began operating helicopters commercially in 1982.

Company headquarters are centrally located a few miles from Denver International Airport in Fort Collins, Colorado which make logistical support of on-going world-wide helicopter operations very efficient.

Present and past long term world-wide helicopter support contracts for our customers include operations in isolated remote areas of Bolivia, Canada, Mediterranean Sea, Mexico, Persian Gulf, Peru, United States (including Alaska) and Yemen.

Operations on these contracts include providing U. S. registered and licensed helicopters, flight crews, maintenance crews and total parts support to include maintaining all aircraft to U.S. Part 135 standards.

Geo-Seis Helicopters, Inc. is a Department of Defense (Military Airlift Command) approved Helicopter Air Carrier and has provided large transport helicopters, flight crews, and maintenance crews on a long term contract to the U.S. Navy Military Sealift Command. All upper management and assigned crews have current high-level security clearances.

The company F.A.A. Part 135 `area of operating authority' includes all 50 States, North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Mediterranean Sea, Africa and the Atlantic Ocean. This operating authority includes unrestricted `IFR' in the same areas of operation with the company operated SA330J Puma transport helicopters.

Geo-Seis Helicopters, Inc. FAA Air Carrier Certificate is for `On Demand' Part 135 carriage of Passengers and Cargo with helicopters with no record of FAA violations since inception in 1982. The company also has a Part 133 (external load), and a Part 137 (agricultural) certificates, also with no record of violations.

In addition the company has been awarded and completed 266 federal government helicopter contracts without default. The company has averaged over 5,000 helicopter flight hours per year since inception in service to government and civilian customers.

Federal government customers include: DOD USAF, DOD USN Military Sealift Command, DOD USMC, DOI Bureau of Indian Affairs, DOI Bureau of Land Management, DOI National Park Service, DOJ DEA and USDA Forest Service.
